新基金的特色：高达75－98％的NAV可投资于远东的市场，如: 南韩、香港、中国、日本、新加坡、台湾、印尼、菲律宾、泰国和其他受批准的市场。

新基金的优惠期从8－7－08起至28－7－08止共21天；优惠期内只抽5%服务费。基金批准数量∶15亿单位 (1.5 billion units)。

Public Mutual rolls out this new fund, PFETIF for you to invest which is an equity fund that seeks to achieve capital growth over the medium to long term period by investing in securities, mainly equities, in the telecommunication, infrastructure and utilities sectors in Far-East markets. It can invest 75-98% of its NAV in selected foreign markets which includes South Korea, China,

Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and other approved markets.

The issue price of this new fund “Public Far-East Telco & Infrastructure Fund” is RM0.25 per unit during the 21-day initial offer period from 8- 07-08 to 28- 07-08. Within the offer period, service charge will be 0.5% less. The fund size is 1.5 billion units.

DDI Investment also enjoys 5.25% S/Charge during Offer Period.
